ADAS/AD Plant Support
1. When BBT-E-4 launch support interface report the problems or tickets, support to communicate with interface first, steer vehicles and summarize all the open issues of situation.
2. Support for preparing tools and equipment ready for workshop, vehicle issue trouble shooting, reworking and multiply flashing.
3. Support to collect the vehicle data for Internal colleagues further analyzing (e.g. Check-In/Out, Trace, SPLUNK Report and so on).
4. Support to do the reproduce the problems, before BBT-E-42 engineer do the trace analysis. Discuss the status for problem solving and organize the meeting.
5. Support to discuss with potential owner department. Follow up the issues until solved.
Deliverables:
1. After discussing with interface, list all open issues, find potential owner department and report to the E-42 interface of project.
2. Before analyzing, vehicles, parts, tools and SW versions should be prepared well. Changing recording should be saved in BBA defined folder.
3. After data collecting, the necessary documentation should be centrally saved in BBA defined folder. Data collection should be done in the compliance way.
4. The analysis will be checked by internal colleague. And internal colleagues will finish the trace analysis.
5. Close the open issues and record the analysis results in E-42 plant support list.
