Job Responsibilities:
1. Embody and promote NIO's values: Honesty, Care, Vision, and Action.
踐行和傳遞蔚來(lái)價(jià)值觀 - 真誠(chéng)、關(guān)愛(ài)、遠(yuǎn)見(jiàn)、行動(dòng)；
2. Welcome and guide visitors in the NIO space with product demonstrations.
展廳接待與產(chǎn)品講解；
3. Deliver a premium test drive experience.
為用戶提供高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)全面的試駕體驗(yàn)；
4. Convert potential customers through comprehensive service.
針對(duì)潛在用戶提供全流程的服務(wù)體驗(yàn)，將潛在用戶進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)化；
5. Develop plans and achieve targets based on strategies and goals.
根據(jù)策略和目標(biāo)，制定計(jì)劃和完成目標(biāo)分配；
6. Maintain existing customers, providing solutions for shaping a joyful lifestyle.
維護(hù)現(xiàn)有用戶，提供創(chuàng)造愉悅生活方式解決方案；
7. Identify and develop potential customers, collaborating with marketing for promotions.
開(kāi)發(fā)潛在用戶，與市場(chǎng)部合作，開(kāi)展?fàn)I銷(xiāo)活動(dòng)；
8. Manage NIO space operations, continuously improving the user experience.
展廳運(yùn)營(yíng)，不斷提升用戶體驗(yàn)；
9. Support new store openings, ensuring the continuation of our culture and values.
支持新店開(kāi)設(shè)，確保文化和價(jià)值觀傳承。
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, any field.
本科及以上學(xué)歷，專(zhuān)業(yè)不限；
2. Experience in the retail industry (international hotels/ automotive/ luxury goods/ education preferred).
具備零售經(jīng)驗(yàn)（國(guó)際酒店/汽車(chē)/奢侈品/教培 行業(yè)優(yōu)先）；
3. Passion for cars and high-quality products.
熱愛(ài)汽車(chē)及高品質(zhì)的生活和產(chǎn)品；
4. Ambitious, with a strong desire for personal growth.
渴望發(fā)展，有想法、有追求、有目標(biāo)；
5. Excellent business development and negotiation skills.
優(yōu)秀的商業(yè)拓展能力和商務(wù)談判能力；
6. Fluent in Mandarin; proficient in English reading and communication preferred.
普通話標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，有良好的英語(yǔ)閱讀和溝通能力者優(yōu)先。
