We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Chinese Cooperation Officer (CCCO) to join our leadership team in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. This key role will focus on developing and managing strong customer relationships with our Chinese clients, ensuring that our financial services are tailored to meet client’s needs. As the CCCO, you will lead our customer relations strategy, and drive client acquisition and retention initiatives specifically for Chinese customers both in Mongolia and China.
We are particularly interested in Chinese nationals with deep experience in customer relations within the banking or financial services sector. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of both Chinese and Mongolian market dynamics, along with a proven track record of cultivating and nurturing long-term, high-value client relationships.

1. Experience in Customer Relations
At least 5 years of experience in senior customer relations roles within the banking or financial services sector. Experience in managing high-net-worth or corporate client relationships is a plus.
2. Understanding of Both Chinese and Mongolian Markets
Deep knowledge of Chinese consumer behavior, banking preferences, and financial expectations. Familiarity with the Mongolian banking environment and the ability to bridge cultural and market differences is essential.
3. Fluency in English and Mandarin
Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is a must, as the primary clientele will be Chinese nationals. Proficiency in English is also required to coordinate with international teams and report to senior management.
4. Exceptional Relationship Management Skills
Proven track record of managing and nurturing long-term client relationships, particularly with Chinese clients. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence.
5. Customer-Focused & Service-Oriented
A strong commitment to customer service excellence, with the ability to offer highly personalized banking solutions and services that meet individual client needs.
6. Leadership & Team Management
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing customer relations teams. Ability to mentor and develop talent, creating a culture of customer-first service within the organization.
7. Cultural Sensitivity & Adaptability
A deep understanding of Chinese cultural values and business practices. Ability to navigate between Chinese and Mongolian cultural dynamics effectively.
8. Educational Background
A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
