We’re looking for a Finance Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, providing insights, and supporting decision-making processes, especially within the PLM domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather, clean, analyze, and interpret complex financial data to provide actionable insights for management.
- Data modeling: Assist in developing financial business model, with a focus on PLM (product lifecycle management) domain.
- Systems and Tools: Utilize and improve upon existing financial systems and tools to enhance data analysis capabilities.
- Product Life Cycle Management: Carry out PLM controlling tasks to support strategic decisions
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their financial data needs and provide solutions.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial data analysis or a related role
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik). Knowledge of SAP or SQL is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw conclusions.
- Communication: Advanced written and verbal communication in English. Partner with finance and business team to identify analytical needs
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to solve problems and think critically to improve financial processes.
- Team Player: A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
