? Line manager of several supervisors, the size of the UAP must not exceed a total number of
200 people
生產(chǎn)主管的直接經(jīng)理,管理 200 人以內(nèi)的生產(chǎn)部
? When relevant, line manager of support functions (quality, maintenance, continuous
improvement, etc…) (support functions in the UAP are in limited number, and report
functionally to the support function at plant level)
? 保持和支持部門的溝通(質(zhì)量,維修,持續(xù)改進(jìn)等)(在 UAP 的支持功能有數(shù)量限制,并向工廠級
的支持功能匯報(bào))
? Reports directly to Plant Manager and is a member of the Plant Management Committee
作為管理團(tuán)隊(duì)的一員,直接向工廠經(jīng)理匯報(bào)
2. QCDP Performance:質(zhì)量、成本、發(fā)運(yùn)、人員的績效管理
? Make sure QCD indicators reflect customer expectations
確保 QCDP 指標(biāo)達(dá)到客戶期望
? Commits to targets agreed during PIC/PDP process (Direct Labour headcount, shift
organization, overtime, delivery schedules, pph,…)
對 PIC/PCP 過程的目標(biāo)負(fù)責(zé)(直接工人力成本、班次、加班、計(jì)劃、產(chǎn)量等)
? Define, for each supervisor, QCDP targets (improvement versus actual situation): ppm,
pph, TRS, absenteeism, number of accidents, improvement ideas…
確定生產(chǎn)主管的 QCDP 目標(biāo)(根據(jù)現(xiàn)狀關(guān)注改進(jìn)點(diǎn)):PPM,PPH,TRS,曠工,事故數(shù)量,合理化建

? Monitor results on a shift basis and report accurate data daily and especially during the
plant management Top 5
監(jiān)測各班生產(chǎn)結(jié)果和報(bào)告準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)據(jù),在工廠級的 TOP5 上如實(shí)匯報(bào)
? Manage resources to reach results: adapt headcount to volume (number of people,
number of shifts), optimize equipment usage (TRS)
管理資源以達(dá)到結(jié)果:適當(dāng)?shù)娜藬?shù)(人數(shù),班次),優(yōu)化設(shè)備的需要(TRS)
? React in case of a problem: take care of immediate containment, call support functions if
necessary, build corrective action plans…
出現(xiàn)問題時及時反應(yīng):立即遏制,必要時求助支持功能,建立糾正行動計(jì)劃
? Drive actions for improvement :驅(qū)使改善的行動
a) Know team problems, seek feedbacks

? Participate to early steps in new product launches

3. People Management :人員管理
? Assure daily management 日常管理
a) Close management of production through presence on the shop floor (50% of time
attendance approx.) and daily management of the supervisors

b) Strict control of headcount on a daily basis

e) Coordinate activities of support functions (problem solving, continuous improvement)

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Bachelor
Experience :
? At least 5 years of production experience
至少 5 年生產(chǎn)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
? 3-5 year team management experience
3-5 年團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
