崗位職責: 1.Teacher Ethics Construction: Responsible for the affairs of the Teacher Ethics Committee, implementing appraisals of teachers' professional ethics; guiding schools in organizing teacher ethics training activities; drafting relevant materials. 2.Teacher Development: Assists in the review process for the promotion of full-time teaching staff, manages records of awards and penalties for teaching staff; organizes teaching staff to apply for teacher qualification certificates and complete relevant training; assists academic departments in planning training and development activities for teaching staff. 3.Services for External Teachers: In charge of the personnel management and service for part-time teaching staff. 4.Teacher Employment Term Management: Responsible for the personnel management and service related to the employment terms of teaching staff. 5.Other Tasks: In charge of procurement related to teaching staff; completes other related tasks assigned by superiors. 1.師德建設:負責師風師德委員會事務工作,實施師風師德考評工作;指導學院組織師風師德培訓活動;撰寫相關材料; 2.師資發(fā)展:協(xié)助完成全職師資人員的晉升審查工作,管理師資人員的獎懲記錄;組織師資人員申請教師資格證和完成相關培訓;協(xié)助學術部門規(guī)劃師資培訓與發(fā)展活動; 3.校外教師服務:負責兼職師資人員的人事管理和服務工作; 4.教師聘期管理:負責師資人員聘期等相關人事管理和服務工作; 5.其他工作:負責和師資相關的采購工作;完成上級指派的其他相關工作任務。 任職要求: Educational background: Minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree or above; master degree preferrable. Major: Preference for majors in Human Resource Management, Education, Psychology, or related fields; Language preference: Fluent in English, including reading, writing, and speaking; Others: 1. Party members are given priority; 2. 1-3 years of relevant work experience in higher education institutions, with a preference for those familiar with human resource management modules within universities; 3. Excellent organizational, coordination, communication skills, and ability to write documents; Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking; 4. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, good teamwork spirit, and service consciousness; 5. Understanding of higher education policies and regulations, especially those related to teacher ethics, teacher development, and the process and regulations of teacher qualification certificate applications.
