工作內(nèi)容Job duty 1.參與團隊解決質(zhì)量問題和客戶抱怨,及時響應(yīng)和跟蹤,起草相關(guān)報告,例如8D。 Make a quick respond to participate in internal and customer quality issues, issue related reports, e.g. 8D report. 2.內(nèi)部持續(xù)改善活動跟蹤和記錄。 Join in continuous improvement activities and records. 3.參與新項目開發(fā),制定產(chǎn)品檢驗標準,監(jiān)控樣件質(zhì)量,并識別質(zhì)量風險,完成APQP&PPAP相關(guān)交付物。 Participate in new project development, establish product inspection standards, monitor sample quality, identify quality risks, and complete APQP&PPAP related deliverables. 4.參與過程質(zhì)量監(jiān)控文件制定,記錄完善。 Participate in develop process quality control plan, improve records. 5.參與檢具設(shè)計評審和日常維護管理。 Participate in measurement fixture review and maintenance management. 6.參與內(nèi)部體系,過程,產(chǎn)品審核及改進. Participate in internal system, process, product audit and improvement follow up. 7.完成上級臨時指派的任務(wù)。 Complete temporary tasks assigned by supervisor. 二、任職要求Job requirements 1.理工類本科以上學歷; Bachelor degree or above in engineering. 2.傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)3~5年質(zhì)量相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。 3-5 years quality related working experience in mechanical industry 。 3.可將英語作為工作語言; Proficient English language skill 4.優(yōu)秀的8D報告撰寫能力和邏輯思維推理能力 Excellent 8D report writing ability and logical thinking reasoning ability. 5.有質(zhì)量管理體系工作經(jīng)驗,熟悉體系內(nèi)容 With quality management experience,be familiar with quality system 6.具備一定的Office辦公軟件操作能力;具備2D圖紙解讀能力。 Ability to operate Office software,Excel,Word, Powerpoint. 6.自我激勵,主動性工作,能在有限的監(jiān)督下工作; Self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision;
