餐廳接待餐廳領位迎賓接待
1.Should be well groomed, neatly dressed in the prescribed uniform
保持良好的形象,整潔的穿著規(guī)定的工服。
2.Should be punctual, efficient and above all courteous. Embraces at all times a pleasing and helpful attitude towards each guest. Constantly strives to give an excellent service.
需準時有效保持禮貌,始終保持熱情積極友善的態(tài)度對所有客人,持續(xù)性地輸出優(yōu)質服務
3.Greets the guest at the door courteously and conveys to them the hospitality and friendliness of the room
在入口處問候迎接客人保持專業(yè)和禮貌,傳遞優(yōu)秀的服務理念和友好的態(tài)度。
4.Provide the guest with all the information and new items at Sumac’s
為客人提供關于Sumac的一切信息和新上市產品。
5.Ushers guest to a table that will satisfy their preference especially when most of the tables are not reserved.
領客入位并能夠隨機應變滿足客人對于某特定位置的偏好,前提是在該特定座位沒有被預定的情況下。
6.Seats guests, pulls out chairs and moves tables (if needed) so as to make the guest comfortably seated.
安坐客人,拉椅讓座,確??腿耸孢m落座。
7.Makes sure that the table set-up corresponds to the number of guests in party before seating them.
確保預定的座位擺臺和客人預定的人數(shù)是相匹配的才可以帶客入座。
8.Presents menu to guests.
準備菜單并呈現(xiàn)給客人。
9.In charge of guest history record with the coordination of the Restaurant Manager.
負責配合餐廳經理跟進并整理客人的用餐記錄和客情信息。
10.Before leaving her shift, she should report to the Shift Leader or Restaurant Manager.
任何情況離開崗位之前,必須報備給當班負責人或餐廳經理。
11.Reports to Shift Leader or Restaurant Manager any guest complaints and compliments regardless how small they are.
當收到客人的任何贊賞和投訴,不論大小,全部都需要匯報給當班負責人或餐廳經理。
12.Fulfils all other side duties assigned to her and any other responsibilities decline reasonable and necessary by the Shift Leader or Restaurant Manager.
接受并要努力做好當班負責人或餐廳經理安排的合理工作內容及任務。
13.Makes sure that guests are seated in their assigned tables.
確??腿巳胱鶎牟妥?。
14.Should undertake all normal and auxiliary duties associated with her appointment and accept variance to the above duties as when required to maintain operational effectiveness.
承擔其職責,包括本職工作以及該職位相關的附屬工作內,在保證更好的運營效率前提下接受以上責任內容的調整和轉換。

要求:
1、可使用英文為工作語言,用英文為客人預定座位。
2、提供食宿、每周工作6天休息1天。提供五險一金及補充醫(yī)療。
3、早班最早10點上班,晚班最晚凌晨12點下班,中途會有休息時間。
4、工作時間標準9個小時,其中1個小時是兩餐吃飯時間。
