1. 在指定區(qū)域內(nèi),通過針對潛在分銷商和客戶群體來擴大Exodus產(chǎn)品的市場份額。
2. 識別并開拓具有高增長潛力的新海外市場,同時提高Exodus產(chǎn)品在當?shù)氐闹取?
3. 積極參與專業(yè)展會和展覽,展示Exodus品牌,提升其在業(yè)界的影響力。
4. 完成分配區(qū)域的銷售目標。
任職要求
1. 具備生物學或生物醫(yī)學相關(guān)學科背景。
2. 至少有2年以上的生命科學和分析儀器行業(yè)銷售及渠道管理經(jīng)驗。
3. 具備出色的英語和中文書面及口頭表達能力。
4. 具備出色的人際交往能力、卓越的溝通技巧和清晰的邏輯思維能力。
5. 具備有效的人力資源管理和團隊建設(shè)技能。
6. 愿意并能夠頻繁出差以滿足業(yè)務(wù)需求。
崗位職責
1. Expand the market for Exodus products in assigned regions by targeting potential distributors and customer groups.
2. Identify and penetrate new overseas markets with high growth potential while increasing local recognition of Exodus products.
3. Actively participate in professional fairs and exhibitions to showcase Exodus and enhance its presence in the industry.
4. Achieve the sales targets set for the assigned region.
任職要求
1. Possess a background in Biological Science or Biomedical-related disciplines.
2. Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and channel management within the Life Science and Analytical Instruments industry.
3. Demonstrate excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
4. Display strong interpersonal abilities, outstanding communication skills, and clear logical thinking.
5. Exhibit effective people management and team-building skills.
6. Be willing and able to travel frequently to meet business requirements.
