1.Uphold the school’s educational philosophy and assist the division in various tasks and initiatives.
2.Manage daily administrative tasks, including interpretation and translation (oral and written) for meetings and events.
3.Assist in drafting, revising, and managing documents and meeting materials while maintaining organized documentation.
4.Be responsible for schedule management, including taking meeting minutes.
5.Facilitate coordination between departments to ensure better implementation of the division’s policies and objectives, such as admissions, branding and marketing, boarding, finance, HR, the general office, nurse office, RMC, etc.
6.Support communication with teachers and assist in following up on the execution of policies and suggestions.
7.Handle reception duties for visiting guests and parents.
8.Regularly organize and archive materials and records relevant to the division’s activities.
9.Complete other tasks that are reasonably assigned by the division.
