Job description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify and research prospective clients through online research, referrals, and industry networks.
Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calling, emails, and in-person meetings.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to generate leads.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers in foreign businesses operating in China.
2. Sales & Client Consultation
Understand clients’ business operations and risk exposure to recommend suitable insurance products.
Present and explain insurance solutions, coverage options, and pricing to clients.
Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet sales targets.
Provide detailed proposals and quotations based on client needs.
3. Relationship Management & Client Servicing
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
Conduct regular follow-ups to address concerns and offer additional coverage options.
Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure seamless policy issuance and servicing.
4. Market Research & Strategy
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the insurance sector.
Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and market penetration plans.

Job requirements:
Good command of written and spoken English and German
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure and possess sense of responsibility
Persistent and professional in following sales leads
We welcome candidates with less than two years of work experience, even if they do not have prior experience in the insurance industry.
