1.Understand the purpose and is able to describe the overall function of the international trade, Incoterms, supply chain system.
2.Understand a basic knowledge of the shipping process, customs requirements, and imports /export compliance.
3.Understand the different requirements for shipping hazardous materials.
4.Strong ability to coordinate exports and imports with multiple contracted service providers. Maintain a high level of performance and service in accordance with key performance indicators for imports/exports.
5.Review changes to regulations or procedures with Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders and ensure these are reflected in organization work methods or flowchart, to improve the process efficiency and cost saving.
