Job Responsibilities:
? Standardize the Pre- process/Lamination, feasibility analysis, tooling …
? Technical information exchange with R&D, Competence Center, CRDC, SGSx, Technical assistants, for all plants
? Critical data analysis from production (Yield/ Stability/ Deviation)
? Support for new product feasibility analysis
? Strong support in case of quality issue. Help in 8D analysis and give feedback on CP, FEMA,WI……
? Design of experiments in order to improve safety, quality, performance
? Supporting Dev. & PE team, help for the problem solving
? Cost saving by optimizing process and material
? Comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules.
? Manage the process team and people development.
Job Requirements:
? Education background: Bachelor’s degree and major in chemical
? Working experience: 3 Years
? Professional Skill: Mechanical or Chemical or material Base，CAD drawing preferred
? Language Skill: Fluent English both in oral and in writing.
? Computer Skill: Basic
? Personality: Social influencers
