DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES崗位職責(zé)描述：

1. Responsible for quality management for painting produce, cooperate with other painting employees to improve quality, production capacity and yield of painting line;

負(fù)責(zé)噴涂車間涂裝工藝過程/產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督管理，配合噴涂線質(zhì)量，產(chǎn)能，合格率的提升工作；

2. Responsible for control paint shop quality documents, write painting produce inspection standard and WI;

負(fù)責(zé)噴涂車間質(zhì)量相關(guān)文件控制，編制噴漆件外觀檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與檢驗(yàn)的作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書；

3. Responsible for approval painting produces appearance in new project development phase, and complete painting quality documents and reports to meet customers’ requirements;

負(fù)責(zé)新項(xiàng)目開發(fā)階段噴漆件的外觀認(rèn)可，及時提交客戶所要求的與噴涂質(zhì)量相關(guān)的資料/報告；

4. Undertake painting inspection standard training for the staff who engaged in painting inspection job;

負(fù)責(zé)對從事噴涂檢驗(yàn)工作員工進(jìn)行必要的檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)培訓(xùn)；

5. Lead internal staff to undertake continuous quality improvement;

組織噴涂車間內(nèi)部相關(guān)人員質(zhì)量改善活動；

6. Cooperate the internal/external audit of related with the quality of the Paint Shop, following the improving result for the non-conformance term;

負(fù)責(zé)配合內(nèi)外部審核，及審核不符合項(xiàng)的預(yù)防措施進(jìn)跟蹤；

7. Develop and try production new painting produces for new project, write out painting technological documents;

新項(xiàng)目噴涂開發(fā)試制及噴涂過程相關(guān)工藝文件的編制；

8. Monitor painting materials’ standard use, count and updates the materials rate of expenditure;

油漆原材料的規(guī)范施工及消耗定額的統(tǒng)計(jì)更新；

9. Continuous improvement for painting technological, including parameter optimization, cost reducing, process optimization, etc.;

噴涂工藝相關(guān)的持續(xù)改善（參數(shù)優(yōu)化，成本節(jié)約，流程優(yōu)化等）；

10. Undertake any other tasks assign by the superior.

完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。

QUALIFICATIONS崗位基本要求

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering is the best;

本科以上學(xué)歷，理工科專業(yè)最佳；

2. Min.3 years painting technology working experience in auto paint industry, should familiar with painting technology and painting quality technology;

三年以上汽車噴涂行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉噴涂工藝，具備噴涂質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

3. Should familiar with TS16949 system, master the system’s knowledge;

熟悉TS16949質(zhì)量管理體系，具備TS16949體系知識；

4. Should master 5 core tools of quality control system, such as APQP、FMEA、PPAP、SPC、MSA;

熟悉質(zhì)量管理體系的5大核心工具（APQP、FMEA、PPAP、SPC、MSA）的運(yùn)用；

5. Should know paint shop safety production operation specification;

了解噴涂車間安全生產(chǎn)操作規(guī)程；

6. Should proficient in OFFICE software;

能熟練使用OFFICE辦公軟件；

7. Good English skill, can use English as working language.

英語水平良好，英語可作為工作語言。
