職位描述

1. Project and Site Management
項(xiàng)目及中心管理工作
1.1. Lead variety project teams and act as focal contact with sponsor.
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)各種項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)，并作為申辦方的重點(diǎn)聯(lián)絡(luò)人。
1.2. Provide protocol specific training to team members as necessary.
必要時(shí)為團(tuán)隊(duì)成員提供方案特定培訓(xùn)。
1.3. Supervise all aspects of CRC’s clinical study site management activities.
監(jiān)管CRC各方面的臨床研究中心現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理工作。
1.4. Conduct QC if needed.
必要時(shí)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量控制。
1.5. Track and ensure study budget according to the agreement.
根據(jù)合同跟進(jìn)并確保研究預(yù)算。
2. Business Development
商務(wù)拓展
2.1. Serve as account service manager for key clients and work closely with business department to ensure smooth
communication with client and satisfactory service.
像客戶(hù)服務(wù)經(jīng)理一樣為重要客戶(hù)提供服務(wù)，與業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)緊密合作，確保與客戶(hù)溝通順暢并提供滿(mǎn)意的服務(wù)。
2.2. Provide technical input to project proposals.
為項(xiàng)目競(jìng)標(biāo)提供技術(shù)支持。
3. Participate in the drafting and revision of SOP in the department.
參與部門(mén)SOP的起草和修訂。

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/最低要求

1. A Bachelor Degree in a medical, health, or science related are, or a nursing degree.
醫(yī)學(xué)、健康或相關(guān)科學(xué)的學(xué)士學(xué)位，或護(hù)理學(xué)位。
2. Minimum of 2.5 years related experience in clinical research.
至少2.5年臨床試驗(yàn)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. Thorough understanding of all relevant ICH-GCP guidelines and regulations.
全面理解所有ICH-GCP相關(guān)的指導(dǎo)原則和法規(guī)。
4. Good verbal and written communication skills.
良好的口頭和書(shū)面溝通能力。
5. Good team player, self-motivated and attention to details.
良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，自我激勵(lì)及注重細(xì)節(jié)。
6. Good customer focused sensitivity towards internal and external customers.
對(duì)發(fā)展內(nèi)外部客戶(hù)具備良好的客戶(hù)關(guān)注敏感度。
7. The exceptional promotion will be got for employees who have performed well.

8. Must be able to travel.
須適應(yīng)出差。
