Job Responsibilities/崗位職責(zé)： 1.Be responsible for all Capex/equipment/expansion project purchasing, in charge of bidding process, ensure orders on time delivery; 負(fù)責(zé)所有資本性支出/設(shè)備/擴(kuò)張項目的采購，負(fù)責(zé)投標(biāo)流程，確保按時交付訂單 2.Develop management of key suppliers, drive them strictly follow our policy, keep improving quality and cost reduction. 管理關(guān)鍵供應(yīng)商，嚴(yán)格要求他們遵守我們的政策，不斷提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和降低成本； 3.Involve new suppliers/ new brands to enhance supply chain continuously and stability, sign contracts and manage them. 引入新的供應(yīng)商/品牌，不斷增強(qiáng)供應(yīng)鏈的連續(xù)性和穩(wěn)定性，并與其簽訂合同并進(jìn)行管理； 4.Drive suppliers management and continuous improvement of supplier performance. 推動供應(yīng)商管理和供應(yīng)商績效的持續(xù)改進(jìn)； 5.Strict follow procurement work instruction, ensure all orders and price are completely compliance. 嚴(yán)格遵循采購工作指示，確保所有訂單和價格完全符合規(guī)定； 6.Continuously drive cost savings, especially for the major suppliers annual discounts price negotiation. 持續(xù)推動成本節(jié)約，特別是與主要供應(yīng)商的年度折扣價格談判。
