- monitoring and periodical assessment of processes / goals

- monitors the qualification of employees, indentifies training requirements

- checks CSR

- execution and assessment of process capabilities

- reporting

- team member FMEA (in series phase)

- adjustment FMEA, production control plan (CPL) / control plan in series phase

- process stabilization / optimization / monitoring

- initiation and monitoring of the problem solving process

Requirements:

Bachelor or above professional education:

- technical degree (technician, graduate engineer, master's degree, or similar) with specialization in mechanical engineering, production or plastics technology, or similar, with longtime professional experience

Hard skills:

- Fluent English (German will be a plus)

- Flexible for business travel globally

- knowledge of analytical reliability engineering methods (FMEA)

- PC user skills (MS-Office, B?hme&Weihs CAQ)

- experience in the automotive sector at the same position at least 3 years

- basic statistical knowledge

- knowledge of common quality instruments, such as APQP, PPAP and SPC
- knowledge of the product liability law
