職位描述

服裝店

主要工作職責(zé):


l 按公司要求提供優(yōu)質(zhì)顧客服務(wù)令顧客滿意;(包括但不僅限于:接待顧客、解答顧客查詢、處理投訴及提供售后服務(wù)等);


l 能掌握公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的產(chǎn)品流行趨勢及知識,并以此提供顧客詳細(xì)的、專業(yè)的選購建議,積極完成公司銷售業(yè)績目標(biāo);


l 按照公司陳列要求維護(hù)店鋪整體形象,包括櫥窗擺設(shè)、更換等;


l 整理存貨,保持店鋪及倉庫整潔(包括點收來貨、查點貨場產(chǎn)品數(shù)目、核實出貨數(shù)量及盤點等);


l 協(xié)助店鋪負(fù)責(zé)人做好店鋪人員管理、帶教管理、及運(yùn)營管理工作(包括但不限于:營造熱情、積極的團(tuán)隊氛圍;能引導(dǎo)和感染團(tuán)隊成員發(fā)揮團(tuán)隊精神等);


l 部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作;


任職資格/錄用條件:


l 認(rèn)同并實踐公司品牌理念及企業(yè)文化,以顧客為中心,遵守公司規(guī)章制度和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作流程;


l 年齡20-45歲;


l 高中或同等以上學(xué)歷, 并持有地區(qū)所需的相關(guān)證件;


l 能熟練操作計算機(jī)POS系統(tǒng)及Microsoft Office辦公軟件;


l
2年或以上的零售店鋪經(jīng)驗,有管理經(jīng)驗者或國際品牌時裝銷售工作背景者優(yōu)先;


l 工作積極熱情,能夠自主不斷的提高個人能力,具備團(tuán)隊合作能力,執(zhí)行力和責(zé)任心強(qiáng);


l 具備親和力和優(yōu)秀的服務(wù)意識,邏輯思維清晰,理解能力及語言表達(dá)溝通能力強(qiáng),且具備良好的溝通及銷售意識;


l 愿意從事銷售工作,勤奮誠實,刻苦耐勞,能夠適應(yīng)零售行業(yè)工作環(huán)境(能承受久站、下蹲、攀爬等高強(qiáng)度工作)及工作時間要求,服從營運(yùn)工作需求所安排的調(diào)店
