服裝工廠總經(jīng)理工作職責：

1、在總公司領(lǐng)導下，全面主持工廠生產(chǎn)運營、內(nèi)部管理和日常工作管理；

2、建立健全生產(chǎn)等相關(guān)運作流程，負責完善和維護工作流程、規(guī)章制度和各職位的工作職責；

3、組織制定并實施生產(chǎn)計劃，掌握生產(chǎn)進度；監(jiān)督和保障生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場秩序，監(jiān)管產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量標準的嚴格執(zhí)行；組織相關(guān)生產(chǎn)會議，落實相關(guān)問題的分析和改善；確保生產(chǎn)任務(wù)按時保質(zhì)保量的完成；

5、加強生產(chǎn)主要環(huán)節(jié)（面料輔料和配套設(shè)備采購、人工、設(shè)備和能源利用率、工藝改造和技術(shù)改進等）的成本管理，負責提高生產(chǎn)效率，充分挖掘公司的生產(chǎn)能力，降低生產(chǎn)成本。

6、負責公司人員、產(chǎn)品和環(huán)境的安全，熟悉驗廠體系標準；

7、負責并協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)各部門，公司與外部供應(yīng)商及外部其他部門的溝通；

任職要求：

1、學歷不限，英語良好可以應(yīng)對日常工作安排；

2、有海外1000人以上中大型服裝生產(chǎn)工廠全盤管理經(jīng)驗；

3、具備8年以上服裝工廠管理經(jīng)驗，5年以上同崗位工作經(jīng)驗

4、熟悉服裝生產(chǎn)專業(yè)技術(shù)/工藝、對精益生產(chǎn)有獨到見解，把握工廠各個部分開支及盈虧情況；

5、本崗位工作地區(qū)：非洲

Job responsibilities:

1. Under the leadership of the headquarters, fully oversee the production and operation, internal management, and daily work management of the factory;

2. Establish and improve production and other related operational processes, responsible for improving and maintaining work processes, rules and regulations, and job responsibilities for each position;

3. Organize the formulation and implementation of production plans, and grasp the production progress; Supervise and ensure the order of the production site, and supervise the strict implementation of product quality standards; Organize relevant production meetings to analyze and improve related issues; Ensure that production tasks are completed on time, with quality and quantity guaranteed;

5. Strengthen the cost management of the main production processes (procurement of fabric accessories and supporting equipment, labor, equipment and energy utilization, process transformation and technological improvement, etc.), be responsible for improving production efficiency, fully tapping into the company's production capacity, and reducing production costs.

6. Responsible for the safety of company personnel, products, and environment, familiar with the factory inspection system standards;

7. Responsible for and coordinating communication between various departments within the company, external suppliers, and other external departments;

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, especially outstanding individuals can be relaxed appropriately, and good English can handle daily work arrangements;

2. Having comprehensive management experience in large-scale clothing production factories with over 1000 employees overseas;

3. Having over 8 years of experience in managing clothing factories and over 5 years of work experience in the same position

4. Familiar with professional techniques/processes in clothing production, with unique insights into lean production, and grasp the expenses and profit and loss situation of various parts of the factory;
