  • Provide timely and effective support to overseas customers.

  • Address urgent issues and routine questions promptly.

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.

  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues.

  • Complete the relevant work assigned by the leader。

  • Requirements:

    ? English proficiency.Fluent in spoken English can be used as a working language.


    ? Previous experience living or working abroad is preferred.


    ? Background in computer science is preferred.


    ? Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented.


    ? Possesses strong communication skills
    and a spirit of teamwork, capable of effectively communicating and
    collaborating with clients and teams.


    ? Demonstrates strong learning abilities
    and self-motivation, continuously striving to enhance technical proficiency and professional skills.

    Work Schedule:


    ? 8-hour shifts


    ? Work Hours: Monday to Sunday, 09:00-18:00


    ? Collection of shift preferences two weeks in advance, schedule published one week in advance


    Five days of work with two days off, and eight days off per month
