Establish objectives, schedules and priorities in Manufacturing Engineering
activities, and review staff based on their accomplishments toward these
directions

Establish and meet schedules for the introduction of new methods, new products or cost reductions. Review the engineering change and release activity

Lead high impact process and quality improvement projects yielding significant
reduction in defects and increased productivity

Lead sample built and pilot-run for new product. (system routing upload ,
BOM check , material consumption , brake down study )

Utilize lean-manufacturing principles and participate in action workouts to improve process capability, reduce overall costs and increase capacity

運用精益生產(chǎn)原則，參與行動訓練，提高生產(chǎn)能力，降低總成本，提高生產(chǎn)能力

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering
工科本科以上學歷

6+year experience in industrial engineering
6年以上工業(yè)工程工作經(jīng)驗

minimum 3 years in automotive industry
至少3年以上汽車行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗

2+ year experience of leadership experience
至少2年管理經(jīng)驗

Lean/Six Sigma training is preferred
有精益生產(chǎn)/6西格瑪經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先

Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
