設計測試結構設計
Main Responsibilities:

1. Full responsibility for product technical definition including BOM, drawing, SC list and other technical related files.

主導產品技術相關工作，包括BOM, 圖紙，特殊特性清單以及其他技術相關文件。

2. Window to customer and plant on product technical communication.

對接客戶和工廠的技術交流窗口。

3. Support Plant on product engineering issues analysis and solving.

協(xié)助工廠進行技術問題的分析和解決。

4. Follow TI AQP procedure defined tasks during program management.

在項目開發(fā)階段，依據TI AQP流程完成定義的任務。

5. Prepare technical proposal for new RFQ.

對于新的RFQ項目準備技術方案。

6. DV&PV plan management working with validation team.

與驗證團隊一起負責DV&PV驗證計劃的管理。

7. D-Quality/DFMEA related tasks responsibility

負責完成D-Quality/DFMEA相關任務。

8. Lead product related change management.

主導產品相關的變更。

9. Complete other work arranged by direct leader

完成領導安排的相關工作。


Qualification:

1. 4 years degree or above Mechanics or Engineering education background;

4年以上機械或工程教育背景；

2. Above 3 years mechanical product design or engineering working experience;

3年以上機械產品設計或者工程工作經驗；

3. Good oral and written communication skills in English is necessary;

良好的英語口語或者書面溝通技能；

4. PC literate and experience with MS Office.

熟練的計算機及MS Office使用經驗；
