工作職責：

1. 機加工過程規(guī)劃設計Machining concept and specification design;

2. 機加工設備調(diào)研、選型、釋放及驗收 Machining machine investigation, slection, process release&verification and capital release;

3. 工裝夾具設計、標準化及驗收釋放 Fixture design, standardization and release;

4. 制定刀具方案（包含車床刀具、加工中心刀具及動力刀等）Design machining tools concept;

5. 編制數(shù)控車床及數(shù)控加工中心的加工程序,設備系統(tǒng)包括FANUC、SIEMENS等

Creating machining programs for FANUC ,SIEMENS, etc.system turning machine and machining center;

6. 熟練操作CREO-NC及NC simulation模塊進行程序模擬 Excellent knowledge of CREO-NC and NC simulation;

7. 協(xié)助調(diào)試程序（了解設備性能及工裝方案，能夠根據(jù)設備及裝夾方案進行程序調(diào)整） Setup program together with technicians according to machine and fixture status;

8.工藝文件（操作指導書，物流周轉(zhuǎn)作業(yè)指導書）編制 Working instruction creating;

9. Routing 工時的維護 Routing maintenance;

10. 生產(chǎn)過程中問題的及時解決solve the problem in production process in time;

11.機加工項目進度管理及協(xié)調(diào)工作 Machining sub-project management and team negotiation;

12. 在TDM系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)建刀具調(diào)整卡 Creating tools setup information in TDM system;

13. 程序及刀具優(yōu)化 Optimizing programs & tools;

14. 工時計算及成本評估 Machining time calculation and cost evaluation;

15. 機加工成本優(yōu)化降低 Manufacturing cost optimization and reduction

16.設備產(chǎn)能評估計算及規(guī)劃 Machine capacity evaluation and planning;

17.自動化加工???元規(guī)劃建設及驗收釋放 Automation machining cell design and release.

任職要求：

1. 3-5 years of relevant business experience in machining;

? Effective mechanical knowledge;

? Effective knowledge of machining machines;

? With good knowledge in machining program, tools and process parameter

? Language:

2. good level English.

3. IT skills:

Excellent office software, CREO, NC simulation.
