玉柴船舶動(dòng)力股份有限公司（簡(jiǎn)稱：玉柴船動(dòng)）由中國(guó)最大的柴油機(jī)制造企業(yè)廣西玉柴機(jī)器集團(tuán)有限公司投資，成立于2009年，公司位于珠海市富山工業(yè)園。項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃總投資25億，其中一期已經(jīng)完成投資15億元。公司在2014年被評(píng)為國(guó)家“高新技術(shù)企業(yè)”，是珠海市戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)施重點(diǎn)企業(yè)，公司技術(shù)中心為珠海市重點(diǎn)企業(yè)技術(shù)中心，低速機(jī)一期項(xiàng)目被列為廣東省“調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)，促增長(zhǎng)”重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目之一。公司具備WINGD、曼恩二沖程發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)生產(chǎn)許可，可生產(chǎn)制造YCMP-WIN GD系列和YCMP-MANB&W系列船用低速發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)，年產(chǎn)能110臺(tái)/120萬馬力。產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于散貨船、集裝箱船、油輪、工程船等各類船舶。公司首臺(tái)船用低速機(jī)于2011年11月成功下線，2015年6月，公司生產(chǎn)的世界首臺(tái)投入商業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)的5RT-flex50DF雙燃料低速發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)成功交驗(yàn)。以“一業(yè)為主，多元發(fā)展”為經(jīng)營(yíng)方針，公司在做好船用發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)主業(yè)的同時(shí)，大力發(fā)展海洋工程鋼結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)品、空投發(fā)電機(jī)組等業(yè)務(wù)。Yuchai Marine Power Co., Ltd.(“YCMP”for short) was invested by Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Group Co., Ltd., thelargest domestic diesel engine manufacturer, in 2009. YCMP is located in Zhuhai Fushan Industrial Park, andhas a planned total investment of RMB 2.5 billion, including RMB 1.5 billioninvested in the first phase project. Appraised as National High-tech Enterprise in 2014, YCMP is a key enterprise of Zhuhai’sstrategic emerging industry, its technology department is listed among those ofkey enterprises of Zhuhai, and its first phase low-speed engine project is oneof the key projects of Guangdong Province for“Structure Adjustment and Growth Promotion”.YCMP got the production license from WINGD and MAN for producing YCMP-WIN GD and YCMP-MAN B&W series marine lowspeed diesel engine, with a production capacity of 110 units/1.2 million hp. Theproducts are widely used for various ships such as bulk cargo ship, containership, tanker and engineering ship. The first low-speed marine engine of YCMPwas produced in November 2011. In June, 2015, the world’s first 5RT-flex 50DFlow speed diesel engine for commercial purpose is successfully accepted.Adhering to the operation policy of“Focusing on Main Business, Diversified Development”, YCMP is doing its best inthe marine engine industry and expanding vigorously the businesses ofoceaneering steel structure products and air-drop generator sets, etc.
