崗位職責(zé)Position Responsibilities：

1、 根據(jù)客戶端或者行業(yè)的需求規(guī)格要求，在公司自研設(shè)備上開發(fā)匹配的CVD工藝；

Develop CVD recipes on the self-designed equipment based on the requirements from end customers and industries.

2、 制定工藝開發(fā)計劃， 針對具體的應(yīng)用和挑戰(zhàn)準(zhǔn)備實驗測試方案和工藝調(diào)制建議。

Schedule the process development, work out the experimental test plan and recipe tuning proposal based on detail applications and challenges.

3、 負(fù)責(zé)工藝數(shù)據(jù)的收集，整理和統(tǒng)計分析，提交完備的實驗報告和相關(guān)技術(shù)文檔；

Process data statistic, analysis and processing, make up daily experiment reports and documents related to process.

4、 現(xiàn)有工藝方案持續(xù)改善，提升工藝品質(zhì)，良率，產(chǎn)能，COO等；

Existingprocess continue improving for film performance, yield rate, throughput, COO,Etc.

5、 配合工程團隊對新研發(fā)設(shè)備進(jìn)行工藝測試和CIP方案有效性驗證

Cooperate with the engineering team to verify the effectiveness of the new R&D equipment and proposed CIP solutions.

6、 針對客戶端出現(xiàn)工藝問題，提出解決方案、提供技術(shù)支持；

Technical support for the process issues happened at customer sites.

7、 使用、維護、管理薄膜材料的分析設(shè)備和儀器；

Operate analytical instruments to test synthetic material properties, co-work to maintain the instruments.

8、 研究跟蹤合成碳材料的行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢，比如工藝方法，材料合成設(shè)備等；

Track and research the current situation and development trend of synthetic carbon material industry，such as process design, equipment design,etc.

任職要求Qualifications：

1、碩士或者博士學(xué)歷，物理，化學(xué)，材料科學(xué)，微電子相關(guān)專業(yè)。碩士學(xué)歷，3年以上半導(dǎo)體工藝開發(fā)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗， 博士學(xué)歷無從業(yè)經(jīng)歷要求。

Master Degree or Doctor Degree, major in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Microelectronics，Etc. For, 3 years of work experience required for Master Degree candidates and no relative experience required for Doctor Degree candidates.

2、具備良好的英語表達(dá)能力，能夠流利地進(jìn)行英語交流;

Good English communication skills and capable to communicate fluently in English.

3、具備良好的團隊精神和抗壓能力; 有條理且值得信賴，自我驅(qū)動和持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)

Good team spirit and capable to work under pressure. Organized and reliable, self-driven and continuous learning.
