Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for liaising with design units, participating in the preparation of design task sheets, reviewing design schemes and drawings, controlling drawing time and quality.

2. Responsible for preparing design plans, technical work task plans, and participating in the preparation of development application plans.

3. Participate in drawing review, identify problems in advance, and issue and execute design changes.

4. Participate in the development and construction application work.

5. Responsible for receiving and sending engineering correspondence documents, as well as archiving important materials.

6. Draw simple civil construction drawings or scheme drawings.

7. Participate in the delivery of houses.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above in the unified recruitment of civil engineering and construction majors (original diploma certificate and academic verification report from the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center);

2. 30-50 years old, with more than 5 years of relevant work experience in real estate development companies, experience in development and construction application is preferred;

3. Master the basic construction procedures such as project planning, architectural design, construction, acceptance standards, and municipal supporting facilities;

4. Proficient in using engineering management software and office software such as Word, Excel, AutoCAD, etc;

5. English proficiency is preferred for employment.

崗位職責：

1、負責與設計單位對接，參與編制設計任務書，參與審查設計方案、設計圖紙、控制出圖時間和出圖質量。

2、負責編制設計計劃、技術工作任務計劃，參與編制開發(fā)報建計劃。

3、參與圖紙會審，提前發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，進行設計變更的發(fā)出及執(zhí)行。

4、參與開發(fā)報建工作。

5、負責工程往來文件的收發(fā)，重要資料的歸檔。

6、繪制簡易土建施工圖紙或方案圖紙。

7、參與房屋交付。

任職要求：

1、工民建專業(yè)統(tǒng)招?？埔陨蠈W歷（需攜帶學歷證書原件及學信網學歷驗證報告）；

2、30歲-50歲，有5年以上地產開發(fā)公司相關工作經驗，有開發(fā)報建工作經驗者優(yōu)先；

3、掌握項目規(guī)劃、建筑設計、施工、驗收規(guī)范及市政配套等基本建設程序；

4、熟練使用word、excel、autocad等工程管理軟件及辦公軟件；

5、會英語優(yōu)先錄用。
