Major Responsibilities/工作職責:

1．Responsible for establishing a company-level project management system, including project management systems, implementation of norms and standards, designing project incentive plans, introducing and training project management talents, and establishing organizational project management culture, etc.;

負責公司級項目管理制度的建立，包括：落實項目管理制度和規(guī)范，設計項目激勵計劃，培訓項目管理人才，推動項目管理文化；

2．Responsible for the project management of the company's strategies and key projects, including assisting in the formulation of project plans, managing and coordinating project resources, tracking project progress, etc., to ensure thatall projects to be executed are organized around organizational objectives and can bring corresponding benefits to the company;

統(tǒng)籌管理公司級的重要項目，確保這些項目的成功能帶來公司目標的成功；包括：項目計劃管理，資源調配，進度和風險追蹤等；

3．Responsible for organizing the project review committee to participate in project review at different stages or milestones, measure and inspect the progress and quality of the project, analyze and check project deliverables, and publish relevant project analysis reports on a regular basis;

組織項目評審委員會對項目不同的里程碑階段進行評審，并根據(jù)評審結果發(fā)布分析報告；

4．Responsible for providing project management-related consulting, training and project management methods, tool application guidance and support;

對項目管理有關的知識方法工具提供咨詢，培訓和指導；

5．Responsible for training project management personnel to improve their ability, attainment and skills in project management;

培養(yǎng)和發(fā)展項目管理人員的項目管理能力，提高他們的項目交付能力；

6．Responsible for the establishment, improvement, summary and inheritance of project management experience, data, templates, tools and etc..

負責項目管理的知識管理，包括項目管理經驗，數(shù)據(jù)，模板，工具等

Qualifications/任職資格：

1．Education:Master degree above, PHD is preferred

碩士以上（含），博士優(yōu)先

2．Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience working within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, minimum 3 years of project management experience, or 3 years of experience in research or development roles with proven experience of managed multiple projects within that period；

5年以上生物或制藥行業(yè)經驗，至少三年項目管理經驗或者研發(fā)工作經驗期間有過項目管理經驗

3．Key Capabilities, Knowledge, and Skills:

· Broad knowledge and experience on establishing project management related processes and metrics, leading and managing project teams, including project managers

具有豐富的項目管理經驗：包括建立項目管理流程和指標，組織和管理項目團隊包括項目經理

· Experience leading large-scale projects and initiatives involving technology, business process, and change management

具有豐富的大項目管理經驗，包括推進技巧，業(yè)務流程，變革管理

· Experience successfully leading matrix teams of subject matter experts from diverse disciplines, ability to manage multiple initiatives and to work in highly collaborative and cross-functional teams

具有協(xié)同跨團隊跨專業(yè)的各方成員交付項目的能力

· Excellent oral and written communications, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, including the ability to liaise with senior leaders, ability to deal with ambiguity and make decisions within a complex evolving environment

具有優(yōu)秀的溝通能力和良好的人際處理能力，建立與高級管理人員的互動并能夠在變化的業(yè)務環(huán)境中做出對應的對策

· Proven skills and expertise on utilizing professional systems and tools

能夠精通項目管理的系統(tǒng)和工具

· PMP,PfMP, PgMP certification or equally trained is preferred
