Introduction to the role 崗位介紹：

負(fù)責(zé)公司單機(jī)產(chǎn)品控制系統(tǒng)（電氣、液壓、潤滑等）標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計及生產(chǎn)線整線控制系統(tǒng)的非標(biāo)設(shè)計；老產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)改進(jìn)、產(chǎn)品智能化系統(tǒng)的建立等工作。

Responsible for the standardized design of the company's single product control system (electrical, hydraulic, lubrication, etc.) and the non-standard design of the entire production line control system; Technical improvement of old products, the establishment of product intelligent system, etc.

Main responsibilities 主要職責(zé):

· 負(fù)責(zé)主機(jī)產(chǎn)品控制系統(tǒng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計工作，協(xié)助測試、驗(yàn)收。

· Responsible for the standardization design of the host product control system, assist in testing and acceptance.

· 負(fù)責(zé)整線銷售的生產(chǎn)線一體化控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計，協(xié)助測試、驗(yàn)收。

· Responsible for the integrated control system design of the whole line sales, assist in testing and acceptance.

· 負(fù)責(zé)公司產(chǎn)品智能化系統(tǒng)的建立。

· Responsible for the establishment of intelligent system for the company's products.

· 協(xié)助采購、質(zhì)量對控制系統(tǒng)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行評估，以及外包部分技術(shù)的引進(jìn)和轉(zhuǎn)化。

· Assist in procurement, quality evaluation of control system suppliers, and outsourcing of some technology introduction and transformation.

· 協(xié)助解決售前、售中、售后等過程中的技術(shù)問題。

· Assist to solve technical problems in the process of pre-sale, sale and after-sales.

· 定期對負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的的控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行功能和成本分析，使其具備良好的競爭力及成本優(yōu)勢

· Regular function and cost analysis of the control system responsible for the product, so that it has a good competitiveness and cost advantage.

· 及時了解競爭對手動態(tài)，收集競品信息，優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品功能，確保公司產(chǎn)品具有競爭優(yōu)勢。

· Timely understand the dynamics of competitors, collect information about competitive products, optimize product functions, and ensure that the company's products have competitive advantages.

· 對產(chǎn)品電氣部分資料進(jìn)行完善和建檔，并確保技術(shù)資料的安全。

· Complete documentation and archives for all the information related to the electrical devices for our products and ensure the safety of the technical data.

· 上級臨時交代的崗位職責(zé)范圍內(nèi)的技術(shù)性工作。

· Technical work within the scope of responsibilities assigned by superiors temporarily.

To succeed 任職條件:

• 電子、電氣、液壓、機(jī)械或相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷；英語要求良好。
• Bachelor degree or above in electronic, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical or related field; Good command of English
• 三年以上電氣、潤滑、液壓產(chǎn)品設(shè)計經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
• Three years or above experience in design of electrical、lubrication and hydraulic products.
• 熟練掌握PLC系統(tǒng)，并能用相關(guān)軟件編程；
• Know well the PLC system and capable of programming with relevant software.
• 熟練使用EPLAN進(jìn)行電氣系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。
• Skilled in electrical system design with EPLAN.
• 熟悉電氣布線、電氣控制柜設(shè)計、電氣部件選型；
• Know well the electrical wiring, design of electrical control cabinet and selection of proper electrical components.
• 熟悉強(qiáng)電部分的設(shè)計和元器件的選型；
• Know well the design of heavy-current devices and selection of the components.
• 熟悉液壓和潤滑原理，可獨(dú)立完成潤滑液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計及元器件選型。
• Familiar with hydraulic and lubrication principles, can independently complete lubrication hydraulic system design and component selection
• 溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力強(qiáng)，具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，能承受較大工作壓力；
• Good communication skills and team spirit; able to handle work pressure.
