通過(guò)提供專業(yè)的、為客戶產(chǎn)生價(jià)值的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù),最大化確保服務(wù)質(zhì)量及客戶滿意度,以促進(jìn)所負(fù)責(zé)客戶的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展,支持年度配件銷售指標(biāo)的完成。
To maximize the customer satisfaction on our service quality and capability with providing professional field service and professional consultancy while promote service products to generate NS. Also responsible for supporting the parts selling to reach yearly service sales target.
Main responsibilities 主要職責(zé):
1、獨(dú)立開(kāi)展日常服務(wù)工作,如新設(shè)備/項(xiàng)目安裝調(diào)試、操作維護(hù)指導(dǎo),故障響應(yīng),客戶培訓(xùn)等
Work independently for daily service work, such as project startup, installation & commissioning, operation & maintenance guide, trouble shooting, and customer training etc.
2、所負(fù)責(zé)客戶的電話及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)需求響應(yīng),包含技術(shù)支持、問(wèn)題的持續(xù)解決及跟蹤等
Be responsible for customer’s call back, technical support and problem solving.
3、定期的客戶拜訪以確??蛻魸M意度并尋求業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會(huì),同時(shí)支持所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域配件等服務(wù)的銷售,確保能達(dá)到并超過(guò)年度業(yè)績(jī)指標(biāo)
Regular customer visiting to find out their demands and service business opportunity; Responsible for supporting the parts and other service sales to ensure the service sales revenue to be reached.
4、和銷售、技術(shù)及采購(gòu)等公司內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密溝通,以確保所負(fù)責(zé)客戶的滿意度
Working closely with sales, engineering & project teams to satisfy customers.
5、作為所指定區(qū)域內(nèi)服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)的主要聯(lián)系人
Be the main contact person for service issues within the designated areas.
6、根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)情況或客戶的反饋,提供現(xiàn)場(chǎng)質(zhì)量反饋信息給公司技術(shù)部及質(zhì)量專員,并進(jìn)行根本原因的分析,確保產(chǎn)品的持續(xù)改善
Provide technical and quality feedback to the technical & QEHS specialist, analyze the root cause, to ensure products sustainable development.
7、及時(shí)提交工作報(bào)告,如現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)報(bào)告、周報(bào)及月報(bào)等
Timely and correctly feedback for site work situation, weekly and monthly report etc.
8、完成其他分派的任務(wù)或項(xiàng)目
Perform other miscellaneous duties and/or special projects as required.
To succeed 任職條件:
1、大專或以上學(xué)歷,4年以上在工程機(jī)械行業(yè),如礦山、冶金方面的行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Junior college or above education background. 4 years experiences in Construction Machinery, Mining or Metallurgical industry.
2、3年或以上在機(jī)械行業(yè)的服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3+ years of service experiences in related mechanical segment.
3、有較強(qiáng)的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力、執(zhí)行能力,工作原則性強(qiáng),有較強(qiáng)的客戶服務(wù)意識(shí),能承受較大的工作壓力,能適應(yīng)長(zhǎng)期國(guó)內(nèi)及海外出差。
Possess strong communication, coordination and execution abilities and work discipline; have a strong sense of customer service and be able to work under high pressure
4、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作,有項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)更佳
Team worker, and project management experience will be a plus.
5、較強(qiáng)的溝通及人際交往能力
Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
6、具備電工操作證優(yōu)先
Certified electrician is a plus.
