工作職責(zé)：

1. 了解并熟悉商務(wù)英語培訓(xùn)需求和相關(guān)課程體系；

2. 按照公司的教學(xué)理念為企業(yè)學(xué)員提供線上或線下商務(wù)英語教學(xué)；

任職要求：

1. 語言能力

母語為英語，具備流利的英語口語和寫作能力，以確保準(zhǔn)確、高效地傳授商務(wù)英語知識。

2. 職業(yè)證書與學(xué)歷

l 外教需持有有效的TESOL（Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages）證書或其他與英語教育相關(guān)的專業(yè)證書，證明其具備教授非英語為母語者英語的能力。

l 具備相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)士學(xué)位或以上學(xué)歷，特別是在商務(wù)英語或相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域有深入學(xué)習(xí)和研究背景。

熟悉商務(wù)英語術(shù)語和表達(dá)方式，能夠幫助學(xué)生提高在商務(wù)環(huán)境中的英語溝通能力。

3. 教學(xué)經(jīng)驗：

具備豐富的商務(wù)英語教學(xué)經(jīng)驗，能夠針對不同水平和需求的學(xué)生制定個性化的教學(xué)計劃。

4. 職業(yè)素養(yǎng)

l 了解國際商務(wù)領(lǐng)域常識，包括國際貿(mào)易、市場營銷，跨文化溝通等方面，能夠結(jié)合實際案例，幫助學(xué)生了解商務(wù)英語在實際工作中的應(yīng)用場景和技巧。

l 溝通能力與人際交往能力

具備良好的溝通能力和人際交往能力，能夠與學(xué)生和同事建立良好的關(guān)系。

具備高度的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)和責(zé)任心，能夠認(rèn)真對待教學(xué)工作并為學(xué)生提供專業(yè)的指導(dǎo)。

Job responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

1. Language ability

Native English speaker with fluent oral and written English skills to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of business English knowledge.

Being familiar with business English terms and expressions can help students improve their English communication skills in a business environment.

2. Professional certificates and education

l Foreign teachers are required to hold a valid TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certificate or other professional certificate related to English education, demonstrating their ability to teach English to non-native speakers.

l A bachelor's degree or above in a related field, especially with a background of in-depth study and research in business English or a related subject area.

3. Teaching experience:

At least 2 years of business English teaching experience, able to develop personalized teaching plans for different levels and needs of students, long-term teaching experience for adult students or corporate clients is preferred.
