工作職責(zé)： Responsibilities:
- 根據(jù)APQP過程要求，準(zhǔn)備/收集項(xiàng)目各階段文件；
- Prepare/collect project phase documents according to APQP process requirements;
- 協(xié)助項(xiàng)目主管對(duì)項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃、項(xiàng)目成本進(jìn)行管理，定期進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目指標(biāo)的跟蹤及匯總；
- Assist project supervisors in managing project plans and project costs, and regularly track and summarize project indicators;
- 負(fù)責(zé)跟客戶溝通新產(chǎn)品量產(chǎn)前的技術(shù)細(xì)節(jié)、質(zhì)量要求、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度等，及時(shí)把客戶信息傳遞給公司內(nèi)部；
- Responsible for communicating with customers the technical details, quality requirements,project schedules, etc. of new products before mass production and timely delivercustomer information to the company;
- 使用項(xiàng)目管理工具Enovia對(duì)新項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行文件上傳、維護(hù)工作；
- Use the project management tool Enovia to upload and maintain new projects;
- 項(xiàng)目/工裝量產(chǎn)前樣件發(fā)貨的組織協(xié)調(diào)及跟蹤記錄；
- Organize coordination and track records of project/workload pre-production sampleshipments;
- 協(xié)調(diào)和解決新產(chǎn)品生命周期內(nèi)的出現(xiàn)的各種問題。
- Coordinate and resolve issues that arise within the life cycle of new products.
崗位要求： Job requirements:
- 大專及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械類相關(guān)專業(yè)；
- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering;
- 3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，掌握項(xiàng)目管理及APQP理論知識(shí)并能在實(shí)際中運(yùn)用；
- 3 years of relevant work experience, master project management and APQP the oretical knowledge and can apply them in practice;
- 良好的溝通技巧、服務(wù)意識(shí)、應(yīng)變能力；
- Good communication skills, service awareness, and resilience;
- 高度的責(zé)任心和敬業(yè)精神，工作認(rèn)真細(xì)致，能夠適應(yīng)工作壓力；
- High sense of responsibility and professionalism, careful and meticulous work, ableto adapt to work stress;
- 基本的英文讀寫能力。
- Basic English reading and writing ability.
