Develop test solutions for
new defined products, including Test Plan, Test hardware and test program. This
test solution is subject to release to testfloor for mass production 開(kāi)發(fā)新定義產(chǎn)品的測(cè)試方案，包括測(cè)試計(jì)劃，測(cè)試硬件和測(cè)試程序。該測(cè)試方案會(huì)發(fā)布給生產(chǎn)車間做大量產(chǎn)品的測(cè)試

工作職責(zé):

1. Test Engineer develops
the entire test solution for new products to meet the mass production
requirements..測(cè)試工程師為新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)全面的測(cè)試解決方案以滿足產(chǎn)品量產(chǎn)的需要

2. Test Engineer collects
the data and feedback to other Engineering group (PE, DE), and provide support
during new product development. 測(cè)試工程師搜集數(shù)據(jù)并反饋至其他相關(guān)工程部門(mén)（如產(chǎn)品工程部，設(shè)計(jì)部），為新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)提供相關(guān)支持

3. Test Engineer supports
the test floor to solve any test related problems during mass production. 測(cè)試工程師為生產(chǎn)部提供支持以解決在產(chǎn)品量產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的相關(guān)測(cè)試問(wèn)題

崗位要求:

1. M.S. degree in
Electronic Engineering. Will also accept B.S. degree with 5 years experience in
job offered or related position. 電子工程相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)的碩士研究生，或擁有5年以上同等崗位的本科生

2. Familiar with
semiconductor testing methodology, experience in digital-analog mixed chip and
SOC chip testing is preferred, and experience in high-speed IC testing such as
SerDes/DDR/PCIE is preferred. 熟悉半導(dǎo)體測(cè)試方法論，有數(shù)模混合和SOC芯片測(cè)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先，有serdes/DDR/PCIE等高速芯片測(cè)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先

3. Proficient in high
speed IC ATE load board schematic and layout design. 精通高速芯片ATE load board schematic和layout設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)知識(shí)

4. Familiar with DFT
basics, such as JTAG/SCAN/MBIST, etc. 熟悉DFT基礎(chǔ)，如JTAG/SCAN/MBIST等

5. Good programming and
debugging skills in VB，C/C++, Verilog/VHDL
and FPGA. 具備良好的設(shè)計(jì)和調(diào)試能力,熟悉VB，C/C++，Verilog/VHDL 和 FPGA

6. Familiar with J750,
UltraFlex, Advantest V93K and other SoC test platforms. 熟悉J750，UltraFlex，Advantest V93K等常用SoC測(cè)試平臺(tái)

7. Proficient in the use
of various test instruments, including but not limited to high-speed
oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc. 精通各測(cè)試儀器的使用，包括但不限于高速示波器、邏輯分析儀等

8. Good communication and
team work skills. 具備良好的溝通技巧和團(tuán)隊(duì)精神

9. Good English reading,
writing, listening and speaking skills, CET-4 is a must, CET-6 or above is
preferred. 具備良好的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)能力，需通過(guò)大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四級(jí)，通過(guò)大學(xué)英語(yǔ)六級(jí)者優(yōu)先
