主要負(fù)責(zé)提升工藝技術(shù)、提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，確保產(chǎn)品符合相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Mainly responsible for improving process technology, improving product quality, and ensuring product compliance with relevant standards.
一、崗位職責(zé)：
1.協(xié)助新產(chǎn)品的工藝設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)，設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)的工裝夾具，確認(rèn)相應(yīng)的設(shè)備Assist in the process design and development of new products, design the corresponding fixture and confirm the corresponding equipment
2.編制、更新生產(chǎn)過(guò)程作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)（SOP）、工藝流程圖、圖紙Prepare and update operation instructions (SOP), process flow charts and drawings of production process
3.編制、更新產(chǎn)品全生命周期的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析Prepare and update the risk analysis of the whole life cycle of the product
4.編制、組織并實(shí)施產(chǎn)品過(guò)程確認(rèn)，關(guān)鍵工序&特殊工序的工藝驗(yàn)證（3Q驗(yàn)證）Prepare, organize and implement product process verification, process verification of key processes & special processes (3Q verification)
5.組織試生產(chǎn)并統(tǒng)計(jì)試生產(chǎn)的工序良率、成品良率、物料平衡以及工藝工時(shí)Organize trial production and make statistics on process yield, finished product yield, material balance and process working hours of trial production
6.針對(duì)良率損失或生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)過(guò)程出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析、設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)和給出合理化對(duì)策Analyze, design experiments and give reasonable countermeasures for the loss of yield or the problems in the production site process
7.完成上級(jí)主管或公司交付的其他相關(guān)工作；Complete other related work assigned by superiors or the company
二、任職資格：
1.熟悉醫(yī)療器械設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)流程優(yōu)先；
Familiar with medical device design and development process is preferred；
2.醫(yī)療器械工藝相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)2年以上優(yōu)先；
More than 2 years working experience in medical device technology is preferred；
3.需熟練使用Office等辦公軟件、熟練使用二維及三維作圖軟件等。
Proficient in Office software, 2D and 3D mapping software, etc.
三、工作能力要求：
1.大專及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)類專業(yè)
College degree or above, major in mechanical design
2.需熟練使用Office等辦公軟件、熟練使用二維及三維作圖軟件等，工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細(xì)致、性格溫和，有良好的創(chuàng)新精神、溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。
Proficient in Office software, 2D and 3D mapping software, serious and responsible work, rigorous and meticulous, gentle personality, good innovative spirit, communication skills and team spirit.
