工作職責
1. To analyse or source the core market and customer
2. Activities to approach the core customer like business trip, mail contact and exhibition etc.
3. Closely attached with factory sales division to have the 1st hand information from existing customers. (meeting to be defined as weekly)
4. Information sharing with factory sales division (meeting to be defined as weekly)
5. Information sharing with purchasing team
6. Fully involve with R&D in the beginning stage of customer or project development. (Timing approach, Cost analysis, Advanced Quality Assessment, Technical Feasibility etc.
7. Take the charge of RFQ with R&D, fully involve in APQP 1, 2 ,3 and 4 (included in APQP meeting, customer audit etc.)
8. Hand over the project and customer to factory sales division after APQP3 project safe launch, (Hand over checklist to be defined)
9. Assistant the factory sales division
10. Annual Customer Survey Report
