崗位職責(zé):
1、Good knowledge about South American market for air cargo, airlines policy on full ULD and reasonable pricing integrated with market situation;
熟悉航空貨運的南美市場,精通航司包板政策,結(jié)合市場情況合理定價;
2、Response for daily management (training), ensuring the department can hit the target;
負(fù)責(zé)部門日常管理工作(指導(dǎo),培訓(xùn)等),確保部門業(yè)績完成;
3、Lead the team to implement and maintain customers development;
帶領(lǐng)團隊進行客戶開發(fā)和維護;
4、Understand the products and provides the professional cargo proposal,cooridinate and fulfill customer needs;
深度了解所代理的產(chǎn)品,為客戶提供專業(yè)的物流方案計劃,協(xié)調(diào)處理客戶需求;
5、Gathering related market information and reasonable marketing based on the reality situation。
收集相關(guān)市場信息,根據(jù)實際情況提出合理化營銷。
任職資格:
1、Education background: college degree or above in logistics, international trade, shipping, aviation and maritime;
教育背景: 物流、國際貿(mào)易、航運、航空、海事類專科及以上學(xué)歷
2、At least 3 years experience of cargo agent and 2 years experience of management:
至少3年的貨運代理經(jīng)驗和2年的管理經(jīng)驗
3、Good network of agents (Central and South America is especially welcome);
良好的代理商網(wǎng)絡(luò)(特別歡迎中南美洲)
4、Candidate will good coloading business experience will also welcome:
良好的聯(lián)運業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)驗
5、Proficiency in English and Mandarin;
精通英語和普通話
5、Has a strong team leadership, good communication skills
