崗位職責(zé):
?負(fù)責(zé)公司總部財務(wù)、市場、人力資源、行政等制度與政策在所轄區(qū)域辦事處的執(zhí)行與反饋;
Responsible for the implementation and feedback of policies and regulations of all offices in the region, such as finance, market, human resources and administration;
?負(fù)責(zé)大區(qū)所轄辦事處日??记凇⒄埣俚膮R總、反饋與溝通;
Responsible for daily attendance checking and leave collection, feedback and communication of all offices in the region;
?協(xié)助大區(qū)所轄辦事處各項業(yè)務(wù)預(yù)算的管控以及辦事處各類業(yè)務(wù)票據(jù)的報銷審核及傳遞;
Assist in the control of various business budgets and the reimbursement review and delivery of various business bills of all offices in the region;
?協(xié)助大區(qū)所轄辦事處房租、物業(yè)相關(guān)合同的管理,及相關(guān)費用的申請、支付等的支持;
Assist in the management of rent and property related contracts of all offices in the region, as well as support for the application and payment of related expenses;
?負(fù)責(zé)大區(qū)所轄辦事處業(yè)務(wù)獎金的分發(fā)、匯總和初審等;
Responsible for distributing, summarizing and review of sales bonus according to the sales policy;
?協(xié)助大區(qū)經(jīng)理進(jìn)行相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)收集、匯總等工作;
Assist the regional sales manager in collecting and summarizing relevant data;
?負(fù)責(zé)大區(qū)所轄辦事處重大業(yè)務(wù)事件的收集與整理,并進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的上報與反饋;
Responsible for the collection and arrangement of major business events of all offices in the region, and the corresponding report and feedback;
?做好大區(qū)所在地的內(nèi)務(wù)管理,營造良好有序的辦事處環(huán)境,關(guān)心辦事處商務(wù)人員,增強(qiáng)辦事處的內(nèi)凝聚力;
To manage the internal business of the office; create a good and orderly office environment and care about office business personnel to enhance the regional office cohesion;
?負(fù)責(zé)大區(qū)所在地各類業(yè)務(wù)活動及會議的安排與組織;
Responsible for the arrangement and organization of various business activities and meetings in the regional office;
?有效領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和組織部門內(nèi)部工作,并在部門與部門之間進(jìn)行有效通暢的溝通;
Effectively lead and organize the internal work of the department and conduct effective and smooth communication
between departments;
?及時準(zhǔn)確的完成上級交待的所有任務(wù);
Accurately and promptly complete all the tasks assigned by superiors;
?負(fù)責(zé)本職工作范圍內(nèi)涉及的EHS管理、溝通、協(xié)調(diào)工作。
Responsible for the management, communication and coordination of EHS within one’s duty.
任職要求:
?文秘或財經(jīng)類相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè),大專以上學(xué)歷;
College degree or above in secretary or finance related majors;
?一年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗;
At least 1 years related working experience;
?較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心及應(yīng)變能力,良好的判斷力和溝通能力;
Strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, good judgment and communication skills.
?形象較好,誠信親和,責(zé)任心強(qiáng);
Good-looking, good affinity, strong responsibility.
?熟練操作辦公軟件和辦公自動化設(shè)備;
Proficient in software and office automation equipment.
?基本的英語聽、讀、寫能力;
