· Responsible for warehouse optimization projects,projects design and lead the implementation;

· Responsible for package design both for new projects and ongoing projects, package type standardization;

· Responsible for warehouse relative data collection and analysis: PFEP data collection and daily maintenance; package relative process and data maintenance;Onsite working data CT、feeding frequency 、VSM and so on；

· Continuous improvement of logistics onsite working efficiency ,window person of new logistics tools and systems;

· Window person and coordinate with other department for the plant optimization projects

· Perform any other tasks assigned by manager.

· Bachelor’s degree or above. major in logistics, industrial engineering or related

· Good English skills in reading, and writing.

· Experienced CAD skill is mandatory for daily work

· Good presentation skill

· At least 4 years logistics layout and package experience in automotive manufacturing company.

· Good communication skills

· Open mind and fast learning
