安全管理

【崗位職責】


1.Following the requirements from EHS in PepsiCo, trying to eliminate the safety risks within assigned work scope, meanwhile, supervising and managing the production running's securities.


2.Implement daily safety inspection and stop any unsafe behavior, coach and train employees & contractors.


3.Tacking all EHS KPI status, organizing safety coordinator meeting, and follow up issues from safety committee meeting.


4.Implement good Firefighting system inspection and maintenance, to meet fire related regulations and FM requirements.


5.Monitoring the operation of WWTP to meet local environmental regulations and PepsiCo policies.


6.Push and implement environmental related standards in plant, including spill, storm water, waste management and air emission etc.


7.Keep good EHS records and update them timely, which such as special equipment and person files, occupational health files and some related licenses.


8.Identifies the plant hazards and risks, advice impact and lead the improvement programs.


9.Focus to key control point of EHS, such as LOTO, machine guard, fire control, permit to work, contractor management etc.


10.Assist EHS manager in security management.


11.As TPM EHS pillar drive the EHS pillar promotion and result achievement

·All TPM EHS pillar KPI are followed up and achievement the targets.

·The daily TPM EHS activities 100% implementation.

·The TPM EHS reports submitting in time.

·Support EHS team lead the TPM EHS pillar passing the TPM level audit.


【崗位要求】

1.National Certified Safety Engineer. More than 3 years’ experience in foreign companies, more than 3 years working experience in food, medical or chemical industry of EHS ;

2. Familiar with the state and local EHS related laws, regulations and policies;

3. Familiar with ISO 14000 and OHSA18000 management system, and can handle the running of the system;

4. Possess Beijing Safety Administrator Certificate as priority;

5. Good communication capabilities, familiar with relevant government EHS departments’ business, and communicate effectively;

6. Management experience in special type equipment, project and can complete the project inspection and audit in EHS part;

7. Bachelor degree and above, profession in safety and technology；

8. Fluency English skill in reading and writing.
