COSTINGENGLISH周末雙休入職五險一金ERP SYSTEMDL COST ANALYSISDM COST ANALYSIS
Being a member of BU finance team, he/she will be responsible for preparation, analysis and distribution of various costing management reports and support new ERP system go live.

Responsibilities

1、Coordinate, prepare, and analyze monthly COGS reports to support monthly gross margin analysis and costing improvements.
2、Coordinate, prepare monthly gross margin % forecast.
3、Analyze and prepare monthly/quarterly business performance/forecast review reports.
4、Support manufacturing operation team on various cost saving actions (sourcing/VAVE/Lean) to deliver yearly cost saving targets.
5、Fully support new ERP system go live, covering production and trading entities.
6、Proactively seek opportunities and drive continuous process improvement in costing financial analysis, quotation costing accuracy and efficiency.
7、Support any ad hoc work and requests.


Qualifications


·
1、Bachelor's degree major in Finance or accounting.


2、Proficient in actual and standard costing methods.

3、3+ years supply chain finance costing and FP&A finance experience in manufacturing industry is a must.

4、Excellent written and verbal communications skills, fluent English, oral English as daily working language is a must.

5、Manufacturing ERP system launch experience is preferred.

6、HFM and AX/D365 system experience is preferred.

7、Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

8、Ability to communicate with all levels of management across a broad range of functional disciplines, internally and externally.

9、Team player. Ability to work effectively across functional, geographical, and cultural boundaries.

10、Outstanding analytical skills, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

11、Meticulous and able to multi-task with strong attention to detail.

12、Ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
