崗位職責:

1. The role is part of HASE Data & Analytics team in Guangzhou and is responsible for the data application and provision of analytical deliverables.
2. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure web and mobile applications.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to gather requirements and deliver high-performing solutions.
4. Create responsive web designs and ensure seamless user experiences across multiple devices and platforms. Develop and maintain server-side applications and APIs to support front-end functionality.
5. Optimize application performance and security through efficient coding practices and thorough testing. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our products.
6. Troubleshoot and debug issues and provide timely resolutions to maintain system stability.
7. Be responsible for managing the end-to-end business insights analytics and machine learning model lifecycle, starting from mining business opportunities based on analytic-driven insight mining, drafting business case and solution proposals, to leading the machine learning model experimental training, validation, finetuning and model governance documentation.
8. Own the technical solution design and implementation for the responsible AI / ethical bias testing with the lead of model governance in the team.
9. Work closely with business stakeholders to review the as-is business operation model and identify potential opportunities for optimization using Machine Learning or AI.

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of working experience in both hands-on machine learning model development and scaled enterprise analytics project management.
2. Proven programing skills for Machine Learning model training, evaluation, and fine tuning, in Python-based Machine Learning and Deep Learning framework. Proficient in building quick prototype of Machine Learning based application with front-end and backend, in Python or Java.
3. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries like React or Angular. Solid understanding of back-end technologies, including server-side languages like Node.js or Python, and experience with frameworks like Express or Django.
4. Working experience in consulting firm serving enterprise client on AI & Machine Learning innovation initiative is preferred. In-depth understanding and experienced in most commonly used Machine Learning algorithms and Data Science/Analytics methods.
5. Good understanding of DevOps, DataOps or MLOps. Cloud-native data ETL development is preferred.
6. Technology stack provisioned in the team include:
DataProc + Spark + Python on Google Cloud
Airflow DAG for scheduling
PyCharm / Visual Studio / IntelliJ as IDE for application development
Jenkins / Terraform for deployment automation
Java / Python packages and deep learning framework
Multiple databases including PostgreSQL, BigQuery, graph databases, etc.
