崗位職責(zé):

The Role requires the Analyst to be a part of Corporates/FIG Credit Analysis Team in Guangzhou which supports Wholesale Banking in Asia Pacific.

1. Undertake high quality industry, competitor and client level analysis for Wholesale Banking Relationship Management Team.
2. Analysis of financial documentation and supplemental data to support lending decision-making and recommending credit requests to appropriately meet business needs.
3. Preparing credit analyses in support of new and existing business relationships.
4. Personally develop and maintain strong working relationships with Relationship Managers along with executives in Risk to ensure that all risks to the business, financial and non-financial, are properly recognized and thoughtfully mitigated in proposals.
5. Understand and comply with all relevant policies, FIM guidelines and procedures issued by the Group. Ensure that all work is delivered within agreed timeframes, PLAs and meets the required high quality standard. Pro-actively suggest and design improvements in process workflow, where applicable.
6. Depending on the relevant experience, skill and competence, he or she can be given additional responsibilities like undertaking quality checks, mentoring and training new joiners, etc.

1. C.A./Masters in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent education background.
2. 1-3 years of credit or relevant working experience in bank or corporate is preferred.
3. Open to fresh graduate with outstanding background and willingness to develop in credit analytics field.
4. Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English, proficient in credit writing in English.
5. Highly proficient at Excel and Word.
6. Good command of credit analysis and financial knowledge.
