工作內(nèi)容
- Responsible for designing, developing and testing new FTIV and Solenoid valve products, including building prototype, building BOM and Engineering Change Notice（ECN）
- 負(fù)責(zé)油箱隔離閥、電磁閥的新產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)和測試。包括快速樣品模型驗(yàn)證，材料清單表建立，以及工程變更
- Support sales to obtain new project. Make product solution and analysis feasibility according to RFQ. And prepare related technical documents and lead technical presentation with customer.
- 支持銷售獲取客戶訂單，根據(jù)RFQ文件及客戶要求分析產(chǎn)品解決方案的可行性，并準(zhǔn)備RFQ相關(guān)技術(shù)文件，主導(dǎo)與客戶的技術(shù)評審
- Responsible for planning and carrying out the work needed to either resolve problems with existing products/processes or develop new products.
- 負(fù)責(zé)問題點(diǎn)的解決，包括現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品/工藝，以及開發(fā)新閥類產(chǎn)品中的問題點(diǎn)。
- Responsible for design prove, developing and confirming new parts, early communication with supplier about new part design.
- 負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計(jì)評審和驗(yàn)證，以及與供應(yīng)商就新的零部件進(jìn)行前期溝通，并負(fù)責(zé)其開發(fā)和確認(rèn)。
- Responsible for innovation and design documentation edit and update, including DFMEA, Database, Patent, VAVE project.
- 負(fù)責(zé)新技術(shù)創(chuàng)新研發(fā)及其文件的編制控制和更新，包括DFMEA,數(shù)據(jù)庫，專利，VA/VE項(xiàng)目對現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)的售后問題進(jìn)行分析，提出解決方案，實(shí)施設(shè)變，以解決客戶問題并提高產(chǎn)品性能
- Work with other departments to discuss design improvement opportunities, and ensure product meets all requirements.
- 與其他部門合作討論產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化的措施確保產(chǎn)品達(dá)標(biāo)
- Provide product knowledge support to other functions as necessary.

學(xué)歷要求、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in automobile or mechanical engineering
- 車輛或機(jī)械相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷
- Knowledge & experience of injection molding, assembly, and manufacturing is MUST.
- 必須需要具備注塑成型，裝配，制造以及相關(guān)材料知識和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
- Knowledge & experience of solenoid design is MUST.
- 必須具備電磁閥設(shè)計(jì)以及相關(guān)材料知識和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
- Must 3+ years or above experience on mechanical related product development. automotive industry R&D experience is a plus, fuel system knowledge is a plus.
- 三年以上機(jī)械相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。汽車行業(yè)優(yōu)先，有燃油系統(tǒng)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
- -Thorough knowledge of engineering terminology and standards (i.e. materials, dimensioning and tolerances). Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes (injection mold), and material specification (plastics, metals, etc).
- -熟悉工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和術(shù)語（材料、尺寸和公差），熟悉注塑制造過程，熟悉金屬和塑料等材料規(guī)格
- Familiar with product launch process, familiar with TS16949 and APQP process.
- 熟悉產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程，熟悉汽車業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理流程優(yōu)先。
- Good ability of problem analysis and solving.

- Good communication and good at cooperation for transnational and cross-department.

- Familiar with MS office package；skilled in drawing software ( UG or Catia).

- Good English skilling in writing, skilled in spoken English
