主要職責(zé)Essential responsibilities and duties:

? 提升工廠的工藝水平及產(chǎn)能，提高生產(chǎn)效率，同時(shí)負(fù)責(zé)UAP的工作協(xié)調(diào)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化作業(yè)實(shí)施，工程變更管理；Enhance the level of processing technology, improve production efficiency, and responsible for coordination and SW implementing of UAP ,and engineering change management；

主要任務(wù)The main missions of the role are:

? 負(fù)責(zé)減少工藝缺陷，改進(jìn)工藝條件，維護(hù)工藝的穩(wěn)定性，提高成品率；Responsible for reducing process defects, improve. process conditions, maintain the stability of process and improve the yield;

? 提出并實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)化工藝條件等方法，提高生產(chǎn)效率，保證產(chǎn)能需求; Proposed and implemented the method to optimize thes process conditions, improve production and ensure capacity requirements；

? 協(xié)助設(shè)備工程師進(jìn)行相關(guān)問題的調(diào)查; Assist equipment engineer to survey the relates issues;

? 負(fù)責(zé)新工藝、新材料的引進(jìn)工作，提高工藝水平; Responsible for introduction of new process, new materials, in order to improve the process level;

? 負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備選型的工藝性能、新設(shè)備調(diào)試，按時(shí)移交生產(chǎn)，滿足產(chǎn)能需求; Responsible for process performance of equipment selection, new equipment commissioning, on-time transfer, in order to meet the capacity requirements;

? 優(yōu)化作業(yè)條件等方法，不斷降低成本; Through Second Source, optimize the method of operating conditions, continue to reduce costs;;

? 優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場布局，負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)線布局規(guī)劃; Optimizing manufacturing site layout, lead production line layout plan;

? 評審工程變更申請的可行性并根據(jù)工程變更命令，通知并指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)線采取應(yīng)有行動(dòng)以符合工程變更要求; Audit the engineering change, and according to the change request, lead the manufacturing to product as request;

? Complete other task assigned by manager.完成上級交代的其他任務(wù)。

理想候選人的期望/ The ideal candidate will have/be:

? 教育背景/Education: 機(jī)械相關(guān)專業(yè)本科學(xué)歷以上Bachelor Degree above in Mechanical or related.

? 經(jīng)驗(yàn)/ Experience: 至少3年以上同等崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn)，汽車行業(yè)優(yōu)先Minimum 3years experience in an manufacturing industrial engineering process, automotive is preferred .

技術(shù)和能力/ Skills and competencies:

工廠變更和BOM知識 ECR,M-BOM knowledge 良好 Skill

FMEA、模具、VAVE、工廠布局知識 Know well about tooling, VA/VE ,layout 良好Skill

Catia /PDM/UG 軟件使用 Good Catia /PDM/UG skill 良好Skill

流程管理能力 Process Management Capablity 良好Skill

? 語言能力/Language: 英語讀寫能力 Good English reading and written Skill
