一、工作職責(zé)：

1.負(fù)責(zé)各種售出的泵、閥等產(chǎn)品的安裝、調(diào)試指導(dǎo)工作;

2.負(fù)責(zé)各種售出的泵、閥等產(chǎn)品的維護、保養(yǎng)和維修工作;

3.負(fù)責(zé)教授客戶使用方法的技術(shù)培訓(xùn);

4.編制、執(zhí)行年度產(chǎn)品維護、保養(yǎng)計劃;

5.完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的任務(wù)。

二、任職要求：

1.機械制造或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上畢業(yè)文化背景，三年以上泵、閥等機電設(shè)備銷售經(jīng)歷，有良好的機械和電氣故障診斷能力和維修經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先，歡迎應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生應(yīng)聘

2.熟悉機械設(shè)計、工藝流程，具備設(shè)計軟件的使用技能;

3.工作責(zé)任心強，工作認(rèn)真細(xì)致，有良好的團隊合作精神，熱愛售后服務(wù)工作，能夠承受較強的工作壓力，適應(yīng)經(jīng)常出差;

4.具備良好的英語聽說讀寫能力、能看懂并翻譯外文圖紙和資料。

After-sales (Technical Support) Engineer of Pump-related Products

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the installation and commissioning of sold products, e.g. pumps, valves, etc.

2. Responsible for the servicing & maintenance of sold products, e.g. pumps, valves, etc.

3. Responsible for the technical training of products application to the customers

4. Develop and execute the annual planning of products care and maintenance

5. Accomplish the tasks given by the department supervisor

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above; machinery manufacturing related majors; at least three-year sales experience of electrical equipment, such as pumps and valves; fault diagnosis capability and maintenance experience of mechanical and electric systems

2. Familiar with the mechanical design and processes; qualified with the designing software skills

3. Strong responsibility; dedication to work; good team spirit and coordination skill

4. Strong English ability; be able to read and translate the English drawings and reference materials
