Accountabilities：

1. In charge of the management of responsible area business, coach and motivate the team to achieve goals. 負(fù)責(zé)管理所有區(qū)域內(nèi)相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)，輔導(dǎo)并激勵(lì)團(tuán)隊(duì)以達(dá)成各項(xiàng)區(qū)域目標(biāo)

2. Manage the business effectively and accurately; develop and implement the business strategy and plan of responsible area; and in charge of daily management; 進(jìn)行高效精準(zhǔn)的業(yè)務(wù)管理，制訂及執(zhí)行區(qū)域業(yè)務(wù)策略與計(jì)劃，并進(jìn)行日常管理

3. Build and maintain KOL relationship. 建立及維護(hù)關(guān)鍵客戶(hù)關(guān)系

4. Develop a high performing team by recruiting, coaching, motivating and developing individuals with a drive to foster sound team culture and enhance team effectiveness, succeed and grow within the organization; 招聘、輔導(dǎo)并激勵(lì)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員，建立良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)氛圍，提升團(tuán)隊(duì)效率，推動(dòng)人才發(fā)展

5. Collaborate closely with internal partners with effective communication, achieve all the tasks assigned by the line manager and company. 在工作中與內(nèi)部同事緊密合作，保持高效溝通，積極達(dá)成公司與上級(jí)分配的各項(xiàng)任務(wù)目標(biāo)。

6. Ensure all activities to comply with the company’s policies and relative regulations in China. 確保所有的銷(xiāo)售活動(dòng)依照公司政策和中國(guó)境內(nèi)的法律、法規(guī)。

Knowledge/ Academic Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s Degree and above 本科及以上學(xué)歷

2. Major in medication or life science related. 醫(yī)學(xué)、藥學(xué)、生物制藥等生命科學(xué)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)

Competency & Skills:

1. Good interpersonal communication and collaboration skills; Advanced ability of keeping learning. 具有優(yōu)秀的人際交往、溝通協(xié)作能力及持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)能力；

2. Integrity, proactiveness, good adaptability, ability of working effectively under pressure and self-motivation. 誠(chéng)實(shí)守信，積極主動(dòng)，快速適應(yīng)變化，能夠承責(zé)承壓并自我激勵(lì)；

Experience:

1. Above 3 years Oncology field experience and relevant management experience in MNC company is preferred. 具有3年以上腫瘤產(chǎn)品推廣經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有外資制藥公司相關(guān)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
