職位描述

    Working hours: Mon-Fri – 9am-6pm

    Position Title : Project Coordinator

    Location: One Raffles place 41-02, Singapore (Client Site)

    Expected salary: (full package) 6,000 SGD ~ 8,000 SGD per month based on experience and language skills


Language:

Excellent communication: Strong verbal/written communication skills in English and Japanese (near-native level)


Key Responsibilities:


Liaison and Relationship Management:

    Act as the primary point of contact between the Client and the operations team.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.


Project Coordination and Management:

    Coordinate project activities between Client’s APAC team and the operations team in APAC.
    Develop and manage project plans and timelines.
    Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.


Communication and Reporting:


    Facilitateregular communication between the client and the operations team through meetings, emails, and reports.

    Prepare and present regular project status reports to the client and internal stakeholders.

Issue Resolution:

    Provide support to any escalations from the operation’s team in APAC by working with Client’s APAC Team


Training and Development:


    Provide training and support to the operations team to ensure they understand client expectations and project requirements.


Performance Monitoring:


    Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

  • Track project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and take
    corrective actions as needed.


Required Skills and Experience:


Language:

Excellent communication: Strong verbal/written communication skills in English and Japanese (near-native level)





Experience:

    Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in a global setting. Minimum of 5 years of working at a BPO company or has relevant customer experience work.
    Experienced in providing training and support to team members and has a proven record of clearly conveying project requirements and client expectations to the operations team.
    Experience working in the automotive industry or with high-profile clients preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills & Ability to facilitate effective communication between the project in SG and ops team.
