崗位職責:
1. Conduct Boutique Aftersales Service claim communication to all bands in APAC (All assigned platforms, Outlook, E-care, Guest Support & WeChat);
2. Coordinate with local repair center to monitor Boutique repair service level;
3. Assist and evaluate defective claim inspection;
4. Handle replacement order for APAC Boutique doors;
5. Guide and monitor Boutique customers to register for E-care and coordinate with E-care account creation;
6. Assist and find the best solution to handle special claim case;
7. Prepare and analyze the Aftersales service report by region to the commercial team;
8. Coordinate Boutique Aftersales development plan in the region;
9. Assist and demonstrate basic eyewear repair during training sessions.
任職要求:
1. College degree or above;
2. Good command of English skills;
3. Strong communication skills & emotion management;
4. Ability to multi-task and manage stress.
