包裝設(shè)計
崗位職責(zé)
1. 包裝設(shè)計與開發(fā)：
? 根據(jù)客戶需求和產(chǎn)品特性，設(shè)計和開發(fā)可持續(xù)包裝方案。(提出方案，圖紙繪制，樣品打樣，協(xié)助測試，文件歸檔)
? 熟悉各種包裝材料的性質(zhì)和作用，選擇適合產(chǎn)品特點和環(huán)保要求的包裝材料。
? 了解國內(nèi)外主流包裝測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
? 了解全球包裝材料市場和相關(guān)的法規(guī)要求，為項目提供可持續(xù)包裝材料選擇建議。
? 評估和優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有包裝方案，以提高其環(huán)保性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性。
2. 包裝工藝與設(shè)計優(yōu)化：
? 掌握包裝行業(yè)相關(guān)的工藝知識，如瓦楞紙板，蜂窩紙板，紙漿模塑等。
? 結(jié)合包裝產(chǎn)線，優(yōu)化和改進(jìn)包裝設(shè)計，提高包裝效率和降低成本。
? 協(xié)調(diào)供應(yīng)商的工作，確保包裝材料的及時供應(yīng)和質(zhì)量符合要求。
3. 問題解決與改進(jìn)：
? 解決可持續(xù)包裝推進(jìn)中出現(xiàn)的問題和挑戰(zhàn)，提出改進(jìn)方案。
? 跟蹤和評估包裝方案的實施效果，持續(xù)優(yōu)化和改進(jìn)。
崗位要求
專業(yè)/學(xué)歷要求：碩士研究生畢業(yè)或者本科畢業(yè)+3 年以上工作經(jīng)驗
技能要求： office 辦公軟件，繪圖軟件（Creo, Adobe Illustrator）優(yōu)先
軟性要求： 溝通能力強(qiáng)，細(xì)心，分析和設(shè)計能力英文要求： 良好的英文聽說讀寫能力
優(yōu)先篩選：包裝工程，印包，工業(yè)設(shè)計，或類似背景
