Introduction of AXA Climate

About the position
This position is to support a good implementation of AXA Climate’s strategy in China. The candidate shall assist local executation of business pipelines of weather-related parametric insurance in the region and work closely with underwriting and business development team. He/she will support opeartional work and also assist technical underwriting/claims. He/she will closely work with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Roles and Responsibilities
? Support claims and internal reportings to various stakeholders
? Support routine activities with AXA Tianping
? Assist ad-hoc projects and implementations
? Other missions or projects assigned by team leader.
Qualifications and skills
? 3 to 5 years experience in (re)insurance, broking industry or relavent industry
? Strong communication skills
? Active attitude in learning
? Solution-oriented mindset
? Fluent in English (French is a plus)
? Basic understanding of parametric insurance is a plus
? Be able to work in a multi-culture team
