Location: Jinan, Shandong
? Customer Relationship: Manage customer relationships and serve as the primary day-to day contact.
? Scope Management: Identify and manage changes to the project scope ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
? Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules to achieve on time deliveries in line with contractual KPI's.
? Quality Management: Ensure all quality requirements are implemented and KPI metrics are met.
? Human Resource Management: Manage and develop employee's performance against key objectives, policies and procedures to obtain maximum effectivity.
? Communication Management: Develop and implement a communication plan for the project including external and internal reporting.
? Risk Management: Identify project risks and manage or escalate as appropriate.
? Develop and maintain process and quality levels in line with contractual standards.
? Ensure employees continued development to meet individual objectives.
? Motivate and coach project teams & identify training needs.
? Assist in maintaining all project records for reporting and audit purposes.
? Monitoring and control of project risks.
? Manage and drive project in-line with other strategic business requirements and initiatives.
? Financial Management: Creating, maintaining, controlling, monitoring and reporting of Margin reports based on clients and stakeholders’ expectation.
? College degree in relevant field
? Fluent written and verbal English skills required
? Min. 3 years of proven Project Management experience, preferably in a related field or appropriate industry.
? Need experience in handling, invoicing, monitoring, and reporting financial data on a regular basis
? Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
? Must be familiar with basic email and internet communications.
? Proven people management skills, including team building, conflict resolution, employee engagement.
? Adaptable and have proactive approach to work.
? Resourceful, confident and proven ability to take initiative.
? Strong communication & Organizational skills.
